It was her husband’s job that brought the family
to the United States. Besides her life belongings, Maninder
Kaur known as “MK” brought
with herself a dream and a vision to make that dream come
true. The Heritage Boutique is a part of that dream and
a result of that vision.
The theme “Wear Your Heritage”
seemed to be just “the” idea
behind deciding a name for her store.
A graduate degree in Textile Designing from New Delhi,
India and currently pursuing her Master’s in Fashion
Merchandising from the Academy of Art, San Francisco,
her education provided her a rock solid foundation and
background that helped her in understanding the dynamics
of the fashion industry.
She is very passionate human being, confident taking decisions
about her business and steering it in the right direction.
Her clients feel an instant gravitational pull towards
her owing to her upbeat nature and amiable personality.

her business goals. She has charted out growth plans for the
boutique that includes geographical expansion as well as playing
host to high-end couture collections from other designers.
